General Conditions:
1. To book a property listed on this website, you must be major of 18
2. AmalfiCoastHolidayExperiences (ACHE) is a web agency that operate accordingly to the Owner of the property or on his behalf.
3. All prices are in euro and VAT included
4. Payment procedures
To assure the booking, it is requested a deposit between 20 and 30% of the rental amount, depending on the property. The booking will be definitely confirmed only after the deposit has been paid. The balance has to be paid 60 days prior the arrival date, if not differently specified in the conditions of the single property. For bookings made less than 60 days prior the arrival date, the payment of the total amount will be requested. The payment can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or credit cards.
5. Cancellation policy(applicable if not differently mentioned in the single property conditions)
The deposit is not refundable. In case of re-schedule of the booking, you will be not requested to pay for another deposit. If Cancellation is made from the day of the balance payment until 31 days before the arrival date, 50% of the balance will be refunded.If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival, the balance will be not refunded.The cancellation must be done by mail. We will send a written confirmation of your cancellation
6. Check-in and check-out (applicable if not differently mentioned in the single property conditions)
Chech in time: between 3 pm and 7 pm. Arrival not in this range to be previously arranged by phone or by mail or by text message.Check out time: by 10am. If the guest doesn't arrive within the agreed time and has not communicated the delay, ACHE declines all responsibility in case of problems to access the apartment. Upon arrival, the guests must show the voucher of confirmation and a copy of passports to the owner or to the ACHE representative, in order to let them proceed with registration required by Italian law. Check out: guest need to communicate his departure time in order to hand keys over to the owner or a ACHE representative and receive back the breakages deposit
7. Refundable Breakages Deposit
A refundable breakages deposit (the amount is expressed specified in the property conditions) will be requested at arrival and must be paid by cash. This will be returned upon departure after a satisfactory inspection of the property, less any deduction for any damage caused to the property.
ACHE declines all responsibility in case of dispute between the guest and the owner regarding the deposit.
8. Number of Guests
The number of the guests must not exceed what specified on the voucher of confirmation.
Any substitution of person during the rental period is forbidden if not agreed previously.
9. Cleanings Fees
The properties are handed over clean, tidy and in good working order. Fees for final cleanings can be required as reported in the price list of the property and refers to normal final cleaning of the property. The amount does not include the cleaning of the kitchen and its accessories. Removal of rubbish is guest responsibility
10. Property Maintenance
It could be possible that the Owner/ACHE have got the necessity to enter the apartment or the external area for particular maintenance; in that case they will agreed with the guest the convenient time.
11. Responsibility
ACHE has checked and visited each property. The description of the properties on our website are made in good faith and accordingly to the owner information. ACHE declines all responsibility for any modifications made by the owners and not communicated.
ACHE is not responsible for any physical injuries occurred to the guests during their stay in the property.
If for any reason beyond its control, including force major, ACHE is unable to provide to the client the property booked, ACHE reserves the right to transfer guests, upon agreement, to a similar property.
If, however, no agreement can be reached, both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. ACHE will refund the guest only the rental price he/she paid. Any other kind of refund is excluded.
12. Tourist Tax:
Our rates does not includes Tourist Tax, foreseen by Italian law. Tourist tax can vary from 1 to 5 euro per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days. Minor of 18 are excluded. You may be asked to pay this tax at the end of your stay.

Amalfi Coast:Driving from Sorrento we will cross the mountain to get on the other side of the peninsula where we will reach the Amalfi Coast road that is very narrow and winding with plenty of stops for photos of breathtaking sceneries. You will see a series of little villages on the way such as Praiano, Furore,Conca dei Marini and so on…
You will first stop to Positano and have the opportunity to take a beautiful picture of this amazing village from the top. Here you will have the chance to reach the center of the town through the pedestrian area.
Next stop will be Amalfi splendid town that was one of maritime republic, very unique town with the 11th century cathedral of St. Andrew right in the main square. Here you will have some time to stroll through the town.
Another stop will be Ravello, probably the most beautiful place of the Amalfi Coast, that has long been a retreat for artists and writers, with its breathtaking views of the bay.

Path of the Gods
A walk that recalls the incredible landscapes of Greek mythology. The route starts at Bomerano (Agerola) and continues along the beautiful path surrounded by typical Mediterranean nature. The local guide, will show you the relationship between plants and people (how local people used and still use plants for medications and food), telling stories and folk legends of the place.
You will stop along the way to admire and photograph the beautiful landscapes.The tour lasts 3 hrs and includes a visit at a dairy and a lunch break (picnic)
Santa Maria del Castello
Is a village strategically located between Positano and the Sorrentine Peninsula. During the 9th century it was not only a crossing point for goods but also a defending point against the Duchy of Amalfi. It is said that it was a refuge for those who wanted to escape epidemics that occurred during the 17th century.
Starting from Positano, after about two hours we arrive in this beautiful mountain village, overlooking the Mediterranean waters so dear to Greeks, Romans and modern tourists. The country still retains the charm of yesteryear, with houses surrounded by large cultivated areas and a small church that, with the sound of its bells, reminds the hours to farmers at work.
The walking has the total duration of 5 hours and includes lunch. A local guide will show you the typical plants of the Mediterranean area through the trails that were once used to connect the sea and mountains. Why not spend a wonderful day and relax, surrounded by nature and far from city chaos?
